Huge Week in Trial for HSM and Its Clients – June 15, 2009
Henry Spiegel Milling LLP partners Phil Henry and Clay Milling were privileged to represent Kathy and Jim Yarbrough in their medical negligence case against Tamim Al-Kharrat, M.D. The case alleged that Dr. Al-Kharrat was negligent and that his negligence contributed to Kathy Yarbrough unfortunately becoming a quadriplegic. Clay and Phil took the case all the way to trial in the State Court of Dekalb County, beginning on June 15, 2009. Clay and Phil tried a very aggressive and professional case, which resulted in a substantial, confidential settlement three days after the trial began. This was a huge victory for the Yarbrough’s and further solidifies Henry Spiegel Milling LLP’s reputation as a firm that is not afraid to try cases for it’s clients, and that continues to obtain significant results time and time again for it’s clients.
